    I ordered from Hollister on May 19 and received an email stating my shipment would be received May 29. I did not receive the order so I called Purolator with the tracking number and they informed me they had never received to order either. When I contacted Hollister they informed me they would credit me for the order and advised that they will not process orders to my address any more.     Hollister is a well know brand and I applied online as I was told and then I went to the interview.     I was recently shopping at hollister with a friend and lost my phone. Within 7 or so minutes I ran back to the store when I realized it was missing.. As soon as I got there I asked them if they have seen my missing phone. There were three ladies working there and all of them seemed like they didn't care.   • Not fulfilling responsibility



    I find it incredibly ridiculous that a company as successful as Hollister feels that it is necessary to carry nothing over a large size. The majority of people shopping at this store are young and teen girls. The company should make it a point to make these young women feel good about themselves and feel beautiful, and pretty, and wonderful. But instead, they are giving them this image that perfection has to do with size and that they should look like the skinny little girls on the front of their magazines.     I was gifted a hollister men's shorts . These were purchased from a Boston store. The first day I wore it, it's stitches came apart completely from the back while I tried to sit in my car.     For anyone who wants to order online from Hollister be sure to get next day shipment or great the mail man at the door each day. If i would have known the postman was going to drop my package off at the door without a signature i would have arranged for him to take it back to the post office.   • Horrible Online Ordering Reliability



    2nd time my online order was messed up. The first was just one wrong item. This time my ENTIRE order is wrong. I ordered 8 tank tops and 2 shorts (one of those online only extra special deals) and received 5 BRAS AND 2 PANTIES. Really Hollister????   • Bad fitting clothes, RIPPED OFF



    I ordered things in the same size I always do anywhere else, except when I bought from Hollister, only half of the stuff fit me, the rest was way to small. I like their button up shirts, but their jeans are crap, they didn't fit me like all my other pairs do and they're the same size.     I bought a tshirt past Christmas 2013, was new stock so it had the security tag on. Paid for it and took it along for my trip to Vegas, to my horror, on the day I wanted to wear it, I realized that the security tag was not removed....     DEAR HOLLISTER, Hollister sales have dropped internationally by millions of dollars. I overheard that your staff were asking by a new manager to put the items in the back stock area. Great idea (in my opinion)...thats an extra $150 for your company. Your staff should return all spare Hollister clothes they have in their drawers to make a difference.     Went on Boxing Day. There were 2 open change rooms in the store, and everyone was lined up at only 1 because we were all unaware there was a 2nd one.     I tried to return my jeans to get a new size and it literally took 40 minutes for the cashier to change it even though it was the same pairs of jeans.     I contacted Holister about sending me a replacement ziiper on a coat I bought from them alittle over two years ago. I love my coat it still looks band new. I bought it online with my debit card from a bank that no longer exist. I did use pay pal and found a receipt of purchase for Holister back in 2010. They still will not honor it.     The shopping experience at Hollister is so painful, they don't deserve my (or anyone's) business. The music blares so loudly you literally can't hear yourself think, much less converse with shop employees or fellow shoppers. The lighting is ridiculous.     I shopped online last night and placed an order for 2 shirts. There was a promotion code for $5 standard shipping. I thought I would go ahead and pay a few extra dollars to get the items faster, thinking it would be $3 more, at most. When I placed the order it calculated my total at $37.10.     First of all Hollister stores in Toronto Canada have the worst lighting. Second the plastic plants are always full of dust and the change rooms are way too small and duty. Two weeks ago I ordered clothes for my daughter and was sent a confirmation email stating it would be delivered by May 29th. My daughter was very anxious to get her clothes but instead of receiving the package on the 29th I get an email saying that the order was cancelled!! I called and was told that it was because I added my house address but also included a PO box # ! Apparently providing complete information is too confusing! Hollister should have emailed me and asked for clarification but they failed to do this....very unprofessional. The attitude was "Oh well now you have to go back and reorder everything again.. Then, suddenly and without warning, the music in the store turned off. If you’ve been to Hollister you’ll know that they play loud and overbearing music, so for it to cut off so suddenly we were all perplexed.

One of my sister’s friends turned to the woman who was behind the counter and calmly asked why the music had gone off. The woman, who turned out to be the store manager, responded very rudely and unprofessionally that it was store policy to turn off the music thirty minutes before closing, and that if we had a problem with that we should call customer service and complain to them about it. She then left the area to do something else.

We were surprised at the level of rudeness in her tone over a simple question, and were calmly talking about it to ourselves. We were not being rude, loud, or obnoxious in our conversation about what had happened. A few minutes later, another employee walks behind the register and begins to check people out. When the other customers had left, he literally shouts at us - who are no farther than five feet away, mind you – that we should not be “bad mouthing” the store, and that if we had a problem with their policies that we should leave. Not only was he being incredibly rude, he was shouting at us! His voice was literally echoing throughout the store because of how loud he felt he needed to be. I calmly responded that it was none of his business what we were talking about, as we were not making a scene about anything. The store manager then comes back and shouts at us along with her employee about how we should leave the store if we don’t like their “policies.” At this point, I was getting very upset about their unprofessional and rude behavior and asked for their first names, so that I may report them to whomever is higher than the store manager. Not only did they refuse to give me their first names – “We aren’t obligated to give you our names,” the store manager told me – they also refused to give me the number of customer service or their regional manager, as they were not “obligated” to share that information with me, either. The store manager then decided to call mall security and try to have me removed for being “disruptive” when I, mind you, was speaking in calm, conversational tones and they were the ones with shouting voices.

The behavior of the store manager and her employee was completely uncalled for, not to mention unprofessional for a sales representative. I have been working in retail for four years, at least, and have never seen or experienced such bad customer service. Not only will I never shop in that store, I will never purchase items from their branch whatsoever. I will never step foot in that or any Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch store again.

I love hollister great service and great shipping! I do think prices could be cheaper, but otherwise great!

I had A very bad experience at the hollister galleria store and the woodlands Mall , the staff ignore me
And were rude , very condescending attitude at the counter, I will never comeback at this store ever, the only reason I went back is because my son purchase this gift for me online

I purchased some items from the Hollister online store and used my paypal account because I didn't have my credit card handy. When I received the items and found the fit to be a little short and went to return them at a local store and was told that I couldn't get a credit back to my paypal account that I was only eligible for a in store credit and my only option to get a refund was to mail it back to the online store which is no where to be seen during the purchase process, only when I was brought through the tree of store policies was I able read this policy. So I have gotten the pleasure to spend $17 dollars to try on clothes. This kind of shady practice makes me not want to purchase at your stores and I will tell most people not to either.

Being Robbed by Hollister

 I am a 58 yr. old women who has just been robbed by Hollister company. 
2  1/2 weeks ago, I purchased 150  mens bathing suits ( at Jersey Gardens Hollister outlet store in NJ), to send abroad as gifts, to my extended family.  I had some reservations buying so many  bathing suits,  but I was reassured by a worker (who was helping me bring the bathing suits to the register), and the cashier at check out that " everything was returnable within 30 days with a receipt". 
   After showing the bathing suits to my husband, he decided to try one on. To our dismay, we realized that the suits did not have an inside lining or a draw string to adjust the waist. We called up the store to complain and the manager said that he cannot accept the return and that we need to write  Hollister Corporate Office for authorization. I got a letter back from Ted at Customer Service (from Corporate Office) stating that the manager of the store uses his discretion on returns.
     I have been a devoted, good customer of Hollister for several yrs. and for giving them all this business, I get punished. I spent over $1,000  at their store, in good faith and feel cheated and ROBBED. Are they allowed to get away with this despicable , unethical business practice?
      I am planning to post this letter everywhere with the hope that someone will help me with getting a refund from Hollister. One reader suggested that I get in touch with Asa, at Ch. 2  news. Another suggested UTube . Do you have other suggestions as well? My husband and  I are going to try everything.

I haven't got gift card after i call asking them .They lie.They advertice when you buy somthing over 150.00US they will give you 50.00us,but never see it.
