    I simply needed an even exchange of the size for an online order, but because the item in the store was not the same price as i paid with a discount online, they wanted me to pay the difference. i asked why? and the answer was i didnt exchange within 14 days of the purchase date!     Dear Hollister company, I am very dissatisfied with my experience at the store. I was at the register buying a pair of jeans and I wanted to use my $10 Cali cash I receive through email but the store manager refuse.     I ordered from Hollister on May 19 and received an email stating my shipment would be received May 29. I did not receive the order so I called Purolator with the tracking number and they informed me they had never received to order either.     Hollister is a well know brand and I applied online as I was told and then I went to the interview.     I was recently shopping at hollister with a friend and lost my phone. Within 7 or so minutes I ran back to the store when I realized it was missing.. As soon as I got there I asked them if they have seen my missing phone. There were three ladies working there and all of them seemed like they didn't care.   • Not fulfilling responsibility

    I find it incredibly ridiculous that a company as successful as Hollister feels that it is necessary to carry nothing over a large size. The majority of people shopping at this store are young and teen girls. The company should make it a point to make these young women feel good about themselves and feel beautiful, and pretty, and wonderful.     For anyone who wants to order online from Hollister be sure to get next day shipment or great the mail man at the door each day. If i would have known the postman was going to drop my package off at the door without a signature i would have arranged for him to take it back to the post office.   • Horrible Online Ordering Reliability

    2nd time my online order was messed up. The first was just one wrong item. This time my ENTIRE order is wrong. I ordered 8 tank tops and 2 shorts (one of those online only extra special deals) and received 5 BRAS AND 2 PANTIES. Really Hollister????     I ordered things in the same size I always do anywhere else, except when I bought from Hollister, only half of the stuff fit me, the rest was way to small. I like their button up shirts, but their jeans are crap, they didn't fit me like all my other pairs do and they're the same size.     I bought a tshirt past Christmas 2013, was new stock so it had the security tag on.     DEAR HOLLISTER, Hollister sales have dropped internationally by millions of dollars. I overheard that your staff were asking by a new manager to put the items in the back stock area.     Went on Boxing Day. There were 2 open change rooms in the store, and everyone was lined up at only 1 because we were all unaware there was a 2nd one.     I tried to return my jeans to get a new size and it literally took 40 minutes for the cashier to change it even though it was the same pairs of jeans.     I contacted Holister about sending me a replacement ziiper on a coat I bought from them alittle over two years ago. I love my coat it still looks band new.     I purchased a sweater for my daughter on Friday night and gave it to her Saturday morning. She put it on and it had a huge hole in the seam, which I somehow missed.     Hollister does not stand behind it's products. Purchased Malaia perfume and when you spray the bottle leaks and sprays at the same time.     The shopping experience at Hollister is so painful, they don't deserve my (or anyone's) business. The music blares so loudly you literally can't hear yourself think, much less converse with shop employees or fellow shoppers. The lighting is ridiculous.     I went in to the Hollister store in Myrtle Beach, SC at Costal Grand Mall - store number 30224. My son was looking at some shirts on a table. There was one sign on the table that said "SALE $20".
