    I ordered HOODED PUFFER JACKET on 1/25/17, scheduled delivery date was 1/2/17, however on 1/3/17 Hollister cancelled my ordered stating that we’ve sold out this style.   • Horrible Workers



    Your workers at the Park Place mall in Tucson Arizona are by far the rudest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I went into your store to return something and they proeded to treat me like I was stupid and just kept whispering to each other, I could hear most of it as it was about me and how I was wrong to return and item here.     I was gifted a hollister men's shorts . These were purchased from a Boston store. The first day I wore it, it's stitches came apart completely from the back while I tried to sit in my car. It was an embarrassing moment as happened in the middle of my vacation trip..I went to the Cleveland store for the complaint and they refused entertaining any replacement as I did not have any receipt or labels.     I don’t normally shop at Hollister or go inside whatsoever, since I am a plus size woman and they do not run anything in my size, style, or price range. Today, however, I was with my sister at the Westfarms Mall in Meriden, CT, and she wanted to get a matching outfit with her friend.   • Defective Sweater



    I purchased a sweater for my daughter on Friday night and gave it to her Saturday morning. She put it on and it had a huge hole in the seam, which I somehow missed. I tried to exchange the sweater at the same store that I purchased it at. They were very unhelpful and condescending. I did not have the receipt, grated, but all I wanted to do was exchange it for the exact same sweater. They refused and made me feel like an idiot for even suggesting it.     I shopped online last night and placed an order for 2 shirts. There was a promotion code for $5 standard shipping. I thought I would go ahead and pay a few extra dollars to get the items faster, thinking it would be $3 more, at most. When I placed the order it calculated my total at $37.10. That was what I agreed to pay. To my surprise, I checked my bank account this morning to find that I was charged the $37.10 plus $8.48.     Management intervention needed! Hire sales people that have a desire and ability to pay attention to CUSTOMERS, HELP customers and respectfully represent Hollister!! Read the reviews as I am not alone in this message. Love the clothes...   • Ordering through Paypal



    Paypal is listed on the Hollister site, but gaining access to complete an order is useless. It's as if they want credit card orders only because those go through fine. When I pick paypal and click on continue, the site doesn't take the order to paypal but Access Denied appears in the next screen. Completely useless as is their hidden customer service number; they'd rather have 1000s of emails than interact with a person.     I purchased a pair of jeans while they were on sale. It was the wrong size. I went to exchange them for a larger size and was told that I had to pay and additional $21.89.     I purchased over $70.00 worth of clothing at Hollister. As part of the Dec. 09 Holiday promotion. On 1/31/10 I tried using my card and was told the card had expired. I was not informed and or aware this card had an expiration date. The card itself didn't have an expiration date. I wish the cashier would of explained it.   • Gift Card options/lack of



    We, the Grandparents, bought $40+ of clothes for our 13 year old Grand-daughter and then added a $50 Gift Card to the purchase. The sales girl (very much in a hurry) rang up the sale and dropped a Gift Card into the bag without our ever being offered the chance to see the card itself. When we got home we were mortified to see a half naked boy on the card, NOT A PICTURE WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN TO GIVE TO OUR 13 YEAR OLD GRAND-DAUGHTER.     Please read below and you will realize how Hollister is nothing buy Scam Artists. Dead End after 8 emails and 2 long distance calls. And this is just some of the aggravation, the other is another email sent by Abercrombie stating the email address given to me is denied.   • Horrible Customer Service



    Hollister obviously hires very young help and does not train them in customer service. I bought a number of items there yesterday (on sale); I asked the checkout person (young woman) if there were any coupons or a credit card I could get that would give me a percentage off the first purchase -- she disparagingly answered, "No." Additionally, she did not greet me when I came to the checkout.
